Joan Bathos makes it to the final four and heads to her hometown date on “The Golden Bachelorette.”
She joined ‘Extra’s’ Billy Bush to talk about her journey so far and what’s next.
The reality star shared how her kids felt watching the show, laughing about how her daughter chastised her for kissing four guys in an episode.
Joan said the children asked, “Are you going to kiss all these people?” And Vassos added, “That was even bigger, the whole kiss thing, and my daughter called me after the last episode. She said, ‘Mom, you kissed a lot of guys.’ It was like that.”
Vasos told her daughter: [kiss] two. “My daughter replied, “Four people, you kissed four men in one episode.”
Joan also talked about her connection to Chock Chapple, calling him a “good candidate”. She described him as “a nice Midwestern guy, nice guy, kind of a cute accent guy,” adding, “He’s a really nice guy. He’s a good choice. I’ve got a lot of good guys. Yo.”
Vassos was sad to be leaving the show after his mother passed away, but she was excited to have him back.
“It was really sad, because I had just been that person on the ‘Golden Bachelor’ season and I knew I was planning and hoping to come back…and it literally never happened. So even though he said to me, “I’ll be back”…I thought, “I don’t know what’s going to happen at home.” ”
She said of his return: “I was so excited because the longer he was gone, and mind you, he was only coming back for two days. “My hopes of coming back became less and less,” he added. he’s back. ”
Billy says of Pascal Ibgui, one of Joan’s other suitors, “Pascal, you still don’t trust him.” He says, “You’re very pretty, very charming, and you’re a very small piston.” That’s how it feels,” he said. He’s just a passionate little guy and you want to trust him, but there’s a little voice there. ”
Joan laughed and said, “He’s like, when you’re young, you’re attracted to those bad guys. He’s the kind of guy your mom would say, “Oh, he can’t come to the house.”” is like an older version of bad boy. ”
Additionally, Joanne reflected on how mentally challenging the experience was and how much she has evolved.

“It’s a lot harder than it looks,” she said. “They make it look easy on TV and just go on a fun date and have so many men to choose from. They embrace all their history, their pain, their emotions and put themselves out there. So the emotional part of this journey is much harder than it looks, but no one will tell you that. You just have to go through it.”
Joan added, “I became a much better person, more evolved, exponentially happier. And everyone said the same thing. What you get is worth it.”
Vasos is not sure if he has a special someone or not.
