Returning for its second edition, the FHA Beer Awards 2024 aim to showcase the diversity and creativity in today’s brewing scene. Entrants will be judged across 10 categories, with the winners of each category participating in the Best of Show round.
The second edition also includes the Escoffier – Singapore Selection of Young Talents. This competition serves as a platform for individuals under the age of 25 to showcase their culinary expertise.
For the first time at FHA Food & Beverage, participants will receive certification from a prestigious panel of Michelin chefs in two categories: in the kitchen category, Emmanuel Stroban of Saint-Pierre, a two-star Michelin star; Celebrity chefs such as Jeremy Gillon will be participating.
