Florence Pugh wants to “get back” to music.

The Dune: Part 2 actress is focused on her on-screen career, but is hoping for more after writing and performing two songs on the soundtrack for the 2023 film The Good Person. I’m here.

She told Britain’s HELLO! Magazine: “I love singing and I love music.

“I used to do it as much as acting, but in the last few years I’ve obviously had to focus on acting. I’d love to get back into it.”

The 28-year-old star “loves” to work and doesn’t want to take long breaks between jobs.

she said: “I really like doing something different.

“I like to finish one project, make changes and move on to the next one.

“I’ve worked hard for a long time and I love working. I love being busy.

“So I want it to continue to be that way.”

Florence “loved” Dune, so when she was cast as Princess Irulan in the sequel, she felt like she “won the lottery.”

She said: She said: “I couldn’t believe that I was going from being a fan to having the rare experience of being part of this wonderful world.

“It really felt like a fangirl.

“It feels great to be a part of something so great and respected.”

Florence praised co-star Christopher Walken for easing the tension in the “dark” and “intense” scenes.

She said: “I spent a lot of time filming some pretty dark scenes with Christopher Walken, and it could get pretty intense, until Chris brought up the subject of donuts.

“We talked about donuts, which was great because it really helped lighten the mood.

“But we did it completely deadpan, like it was a really serious conversation. It was just surreal.”
