What’s notable about this megastar is that it weighs 802 times more than the largest potato ever grown, can make nearly a million fries, takes nearly 7,000 years to grow, and It takes two years to bake.


Who are the big stars? It is known as the Big Idaho Potato Truck.

To celebrate reaching the 50th state in the United States, the Big Idaho Potato Truck will open its doors to the public on Saturday, April 13th on the grounds of the Pearl Harbor commissary.

The event begins at 11 a.m. with a special presentation from the Mayor’s Office at 11:30 a.m., followed by giveaways, fun activities and an Idaho potato munch in JoJo’s Kitchen.
