Elmhurst 1925 has launched its latest innovation, a line of dairy-free cashew creamers. Elmhurst Cashew Creamers are plant-based creamers based on cashew nuts and come in four flavors: Sweet Cream, Cinnamon Churro, Caramel Brûlée and Unsweetened. Like all Elmhurst products, Cashew Creamer contains minimal ingredients and is free of gums, oils and additives.
Elmhurst Cashew Creamer is made with real whole cashews, giving it a naturally smooth, velvety texture and rich flavor that’s perfect in hot or iced coffee or tea. Each flavor contains only five simple ingredients, less than 1g of sugar and 15 calories per serving, and no artificial sweeteners, unnecessary additives or bleaching agents.
Elmhurst developed its Cashew Creamer with a blend of buttery cashews, gluten-free oats and pectin, a natural fiber found in fruits and vegetables that helps prevent coffee separation by protecting the proteins in whole-food ingredients.
