Isa Gonzalez is cooking in her new sci-fi horror thriller, “Ash.”
Terry Seymour from “Extra” sat with Isa. In addition to opening up about making a film with her real best Aaron Paul, what will come to her hit show, “The Three Bodies Issues.”
Isa said: “I’ve never had that kind of fear, so I was really excited to be scared in the flow, so I was able to work with Aaron Paul, one of my best friends.”
She explained that it was “a complete coincidence” for them to work together.
Isa said, “The script landed on our table at the same table and he texted me, “Hey, are you doing this movie? I want to work with you. I want to work with you.” It was like, “Me too.” I secretly prayed for the script to be good. ”
She said, “What a great opportunity to work with one of your best friends, and we both fell in love with the concept. And we were like, “Now, let’s talk to the director and see what his vision is.”
The film was filmed in New Zealand for several months.
Gonzalez called it “the best experience of my life.”
Isa is back in filming “The Three-Body Problem.” This was just picked up for two more seasons.
She said, “It’s really crazy!”
Gonzalez said, “I’m very excited about the second and third seasons. When people read the book, we become the most amazing source material. For me, these two books are the best.”
Isa showed love to fans of the show, saying, “People really crossed their arms and really welcomed it. It’s amazing to meet people.
Gonzalez, 35, has a great time in her red-hot Hollywood career. She said, “I’m in a very risk-taking space in my career, like I’m making an independent film, and it’s the best experience I can do that.”
Is it her future musical?
Isa replied, “I want to.”
Gonzalez actually started playing music before moving on to acting. She said, “I was always on tour, I had some shows that actually did singing and acting at the same time. I blow my mind.
“Ash” will be in theaters on March 21st.
