Sean “Diddy” Combs’ criminal trial will not move to a later date.
A few days after Didi demanded that the trial be delayed for two months, Justice Arun Subramanian opposed it.
In a court letter obtained by “Extra,” Combs sought an extension for new evidence presented by prosecutors in the latest modest indictment.
The judge refuses an extension and Diddy has four law firms to represent him, so he should have enough resources to go through everything for the trial.
Diddy added Young Thug criminal attorney Brian Steele to his defense team two months after Anthony Ricco filed a motion to withdraw from the rapper’s team.

The trial is scheduled to begin on May 12th.
In a federal complaint starting in September, Diddy was charged with assault, conspiracy, sex trafficking and transporting to engage in prostitution.
In January, prosecutors filed a charge claiming that Combs and his associates used his “power and fame” to blackmail the victim “by pretending to be a romantic relationship” and seducing them to engage in sexual activity.
A month later, Diddy was accused of using physical violence and forced labor against an employee in the second replacement charge.
in Third Didi, the charges of the charges obtained by “extras,” is charged with two counts of sex trafficking, two means of transportation engaged in prostitution, and one count of assault.
Diddy denied any fraud.
Prior to the trial, Diddy’s team demanded that he exclude the infamous 2016 video of him physically assaulting an ex-Cassie Ventura.
His defense argued that CNN was “changed, manipulated, speeded up, edited” with “video” called “video” called “completely inaccurate”.
The judge has not made a decision on the matter.
