The latest real estate hiring race in Palm Beach, Florida, has intensified with Compass bringing on board industry veterans Thor Brown and Sam Feingold of Douglas Elliman. Genuine Reported On Thursday.

With over 25 years in real estate, Brown has previously worked for Barclays International, Veit Shabel, Corcoran and Douglas Elliman. He specializes in luxury properties, renovations and new constructions from under $1 million to over $20 million.
A native of the Northeast, Brown has lived in Palm Beach for nearly 30 years and has deep roots there.

A native of Canada, Feingold holds dual Canadian and American citizenship, allowing him to offer unique insight to both Canadian and American clients searching for their ideal tropical home.
The hiring of Brown and Feingold is part of Compass’ broader strategy to strengthen its presence in Florida’s luxury market.
