Credit card issuers compete in many ways, but one area that is most heated is Airport lounge. Chase is taking part in the game at the Club Chase Sapphire Lounge. You will need the appropriate credit card to get unlimited access to these lounges. This is explained in this guide.

Chase is working with airport dimensions to build a lounge. The airport currently operates more than 20 lounges worldwide, most of which are branded as “clubs” or “clubs aspires” and are mostly accessible Priority Pass Membership.

Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) Lounge
The location is the first proper tracking lounge to open in the US and is easily accessible to passengers departing from the terminal. It offers a spacious, bright environment with flat views.

The lounge features a self-service buffet, an option to order from the A La Carte menu using a QR code, a full-service bar offering local cocktails, and a unique tavern for craft beer. Additionally, the lounge features a wellness room with massage chairs and a comfortable lounger for relaxation.
Dulles International Airport (IAD) Lounge
The Etiha Lounge in Dulles is located at Terminal A near Gate A14. Like the lounge of John F. Kennedy (JFK) in New York, this is an Etiha lounge with improved Chase. It’s small but comes in two levels with ample seating and outlet, gender-neutral toilets, reflective rooms and family rooms.

We’ll analyze how you can access all of these locations below, but Premium Etihad passengers can also access this lounge even if they are not tracking card holders.
Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) Lounge
HKG’s Chase Sapphire Lounge opened in October 2022 and became the first sapphire lounge to open. It is located in West Hall, the International Departure Area, near Gate 40.
The lounge is accessible to passengers departing from East Hall via a shuttle or a 10-15 minute walk.
Harry Reed International Airport (LAS) location
Chase’s plans to open a front post base in Las Vegas first appeared Public Committee Documents From the Clark County Commission. The lounge is scheduled to open in mid-2025.

The new lounge measures approximately 9,000 square feet. This is on the small side. It’s particularly loose at airports. Given that all of these are the details Chase has to offer in this new lounge, it seems like a long way from the opening day.
John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) Lounge
The Sapphire Lounge is located next to the American Express Centurion Lounge in Terminal 4. Like the location of Dulles International Airport (IAD), this space is a redesigned Etiha lounge, rather than a single track created from scratch.

And like the lounge at Dulles International Airport (IAD), Etihad passengers can access the lounge without becoming a tracking cardholder.
Laguardia Airport (LGA) Lounge
This sapphire lounge is located right next to the American Express Centurion Lounge at Terminal B. The lounge is spacious and features a large seating area, a bar, and dedicated family-oriented spaces such as a children’s playroom and an arcade.

Plus it works Spare suiteChase Lounge – Lounge Concept. These lounges are very expensive for the average traveler, but those who have enough money to splurge will enjoy a 3-hour private suite.
Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) location
The 20,000-square-foot Chase Lounge opened in February 2025. It is located on the connector between Terminal D (Air Canada, Delta, Spirit, Alaska, United Airlines) and Terminal E (Frontier, JetBlue, Alaska, Southwest, Spirit Airlines). Once you pass the Terminal D TSA checkpoint, you will be on the floor as soon as you clear the security.

It offers a similar layout to other chase lounges, but has some unique features. There is a wellness centre, two treatment rooms, complimentary facial treatments, two shower suites, a game room, a vast bar with Eagle-themed drinks, a beer garden and a local food offering in the Middle Child Clubhouse.
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) location
Phoenix’s Sapphire Lounge (PHX) opened in November 2024 and is located at the new 8-gate facility in Terminal 4. This new South Concourse is home to Southwest Airlines. The connector bridge links to the Northern competition, which includes the gates occupied by American Airlines.
Three key players competed for the rights to a 3,500-square-foot lounge space, according to PHX Committee meeting documents. Track Sapphire Lounge, Capital One and Escape (partnership with American Express).
Food is available from a modified Airstream food truck, and Arizona-based Press Coffee serves coffee.

San Diego International Airport (SAN) location
The 11,000-square-foot Chase Lounge, located west of Terminal 2 in San Diego, opened in December 2024.

The Club’s Chase Sapphire Lounge features colorful artwork, locally inspired decorations, above-average dining options and a large wraparound bar.
The lounge also has a wellness area with four private relaxation pods, a family room, a shower and accessible toilets for all genders.

Who has access to Chase Sapphire Lounge?
Chase Sapphire Reserve® (look Fees and fees), JP Morgan Reserve and Ritz-Carlton Rewards™ Credit Card Cardholders have access to these lounges. Primary Card Holders and Certified Users will have unlimited access to Chase Sapphire Lounge when they activate their free Preferred Pass Membership.
Chase Sapphire Reserve and JP Morgan Reserve Card Holder also allows you to earn up to 2 guests per card per visit for additional guests for free for $27. Those with a Ritz-Carlton credit card can bring unlimited guests with them at no additional charge. Children under the age of 2 are free regardless of the card you carry.

Can I access the Chase Lounge without a Chase Card?
All preferred pass members can access the Chase Lounge once per calendar year and purchase guest access at a rate, even if their membership is using a different credit card.
Additionally, access to the Chase Lounge in Hong Kong is not restricted Chase Cardholders – Anyone with a preferred pass or lounge key membership is free to access.
Select Etihad travelers (elite members of the airline’s gold and platinum, as well as those flying in business or first class on Etihad-operated flights) may visit the JFK and Dulles locations before the flight.
