The Bucks could add additional players to the team before the final game of the season.tampa bay announced on Friday afternoon They announced that they have activated rookie wide receiver Rakim Jarrett from injured reserve. To make room for Jarrett on the roster, the Bucs waived defensive tackle Deadlin Senat in a similar move. It wouldn’t be surprising to see Senat join the practice squad in the near future.

Jarrett returned to practice this week and is a full participant, but questions remain on the Bucks’ injury report.

With the addition of Jarrett, Tampa Bay now has six active receivers, with Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, David Moore, Trey Palmer, Deven Tompkins and Jarrett on the 53-man roster.

Jarrett last played in the Bucks’ loss to the 49ers in Week 11 before injuring his quadriceps. He completed a 41-yard catch-and-run on the spot he injured on the play. He went undrafted out of Maryland and signed with the Bucs, returning to the rotation of a much younger group with whom he spent time.

What do you think of Jarrett’s playing time as a WR for the Bucs?

As mentioned two paragraphs ago, the Bucs have six wide receivers on the roster. The Bucs will be recruiting wide receivers by committee to fill three wide receiver positions. David Moore performed well for Green Bay, gaining 68 yards on two catches, including a 52-yard catch and a touchdown run.

Trey Palmer has really been on a roll lately, with four catches for 42 yards against the Jaguars last week against the Saints, and then four more receptions for 84 yards and a touchdown. did. Deven Tompkins serves as the team’s kick returner, often being used in various end-arounds on offense with sporadic playing time.

Before his injury, Jarrett was completing between 12% and 23% of his offensive snaps. He only has four receptions for 60 yards on the season, so he’ll probably eat more snaps from Tompkins and Moore, while Palmer will maintain a 55% to 85% number.

Jarrett has a lot of talent to like, and his last game before the injury was his best. With games to win and hopes of making the next playoff appearance, there’s no telling when he’ll be called upon to play.
