To make room for Jarrett on the roster, the Bucs waived defensive tackle Deadlin Senat in a similar move. It wouldn’t be surprising to see Senat join the practice squad in the near future.
Jarrett returned to practice this week and is a full participant, but questions remain on the Bucks’ injury report.
With the addition of Jarrett, Tampa Bay now has six active receivers, with Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, David Moore, Trey Palmer, Deven Tompkins and Jarrett on the 53-man roster.
Jarrett last played in the Bucks’ loss to the 49ers in Week 11 before injuring his quadriceps. He completed a 41-yard catch-and-run on the spot he injured on the play. He went undrafted out of Maryland and signed with the Bucs, returning to the rotation of a much younger group with whom he spent time.
