“Extra” caught up with “The Bachelorette” star Jen Tran during a “Man Tells All” special.
Despite some drama this season, Jen hinted that she’s “very happy that everything worked out,” but she declined to say whether she’s in love.
Jen reflected that she has no regrets about dropping out, saying, “I honestly believe everything happens for a reason. I’ve always followed my instincts and my heart and done what I felt was right for me.”
Speaking about reuniting with his bandmates, Tran said, “It was really good to see everyone. It was a great night.”
Jen was also able to let it all out on “Men Tell All,” as she shared, “I came out really fired up because I knew what I had to say and I was there for it. I said it with my chest out and 10 toes down.”
When asked how she feels looking back on the season, Tran commented, “There was a lot that I didn’t see, and it’s interesting to see it from a viewer’s perspective because you can see exactly where it went wrong and why it went wrong.”
She added, “It’s been really cool to look back on it and learn from everything I’ve done.”
Jen also explained how important the visit to her hometown was to her trip. She emphasized, “I’m so grateful I got to meet all four of their families. They were so welcoming and welcoming. Being in their space really gives you a sense of who they are and whether you could build a future with this person. Would I get along with their family? Would I live in this house again?”
She spoke about how the final two men, Marcus and Devin, met with her family, who have “very strong opinions.” “They didn’t hold back. You can probably tell what they think,” she said.
Jen also reacted to Grant Ellis being named the next lead on “The Bachelor.”
She said: “I think he’s going to figure everything out in his life in the best way that he can, and I’m sure he’ll excel in that because he has such an open mind.”
The finale of “The Bachelorette” will air on Tuesday, September 3rd on ABC.
