Pax Jolie-Pitt, the son of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, was rushed to the hospital following a tragic accident on Monday, July 29. The 20-year-old reportedly suffered head injuries in the accident in Los Angeles. According to TMZ, Pax was riding his electric bike on Los Feliz Boulevard around 5 p.m. when he crashed into the rear of a car.
Police sources said Pax was not wearing a helmet at the time of the incident. As he approached an intersection, he struck a vehicle that was stopped at a red light. Pax was taken to a nearby medical center with head injuries and lower back pain. The extent of his injuries is unknown, but he is listed in stable condition. Pax is expected to be released from the hospital on Tuesday.
Pax is one of six children born to Angelina Jolie and her ex-husband Brad Pitt. The Eternals couple filed for divorce in 2016, with an incident on a private jet being the main point of contention. Jolie claimed that Pitt strangled one of her children and punched the other in the face. She also claimed that the Hollywood star grabbed her hand and violently shook her.
Pitt denied the allegations and the FBI declined to file charges against him. The pair have since been embroiled in a messy legal battle over assets and child custody. Pitt and Jolie were declared legally single in 2019.
