Liam Payne tragically fell to his death in a hotel in Argentina in October, and five people have now been charged in connection with his death.

Hotel employee Ezequiel Pereira and waiter Brian Paiz were charged with supplying drugs.
The BBC added that a judge has already decided to take the case to trial. The defendant may appeal the decision.
According to court documents obtained by the news organization, Grassi, the receptionist, asked Payne to be dragged into her hotel room, but hotel manager Martin refused, saying the room’s balcony posed a “serious threat.” He claims he did not stop him.

Ms. Payne’s friend, Ms. Noles, is accused of “neglecting her duty of care, assistance, and assistance,” and the documents say she “abandoned” Ms. Payne to her fate.
The newspaper said Paiz, a waiter, sold the cocaine to Liam on October 14, and Pereira, a hotel employee, sold it to Liam on October 15 and 16.
The three suspects charged with manslaughter have been sentenced to one to five years in prison. Those charged with selling drugs to Mr. Payne could be sentenced to four to 15 years in prison.
Pereira and Paiz were summoned to appear in court within 24 hours.
According to the BBC, Paiz’s lawyer, Fernando Madeo Facente, filed the complaint, insisting he was not a flight risk and advised his client not to turn himself in.
The lawyer also claimed that Liam and his client “took drugs” but that no money was exchanged.

The news comes after three people were arrested and charged in November in connection with the incident. The names of these suspects were not released at the time.
Previously, a preliminary autopsy said the former One Direction singer died from multiple injuries and “internal and external” bleeding.
Prosecutors believe that, based on the position in which the body was found and the trauma caused by the fall, Payne may not have taken a reflexive posture to protect herself and may have fallen into a semi-conscious or fully unconscious state. He pointed out that he was doing so. ”
A toxicology report from a partial autopsy showed that Payne had multiple drugs in her system, including pink cocaine. The drug mixture is reportedly a combination of methamphetamine, ketamine, MDMA, cocaine, benzodiazepines, crack, and other substances.
