*truffle wheezing sound* Now, I bought this on a whim because there was a sushi restaurant down the street from my house that made truffle avocado sushi rolls, which I needed in life, but in order to survive. Because I thought I needed money too. I decided to DIY using regular $4 avocado rolls. This seasoning and all of its umami bliss made my brain explode. Since then, I’ve tried it on just about every sweet and savory thing you can think of, including eggs, burritos, potatoes, and chocolate mug cakes. The best part is that you get really good value for money. I’ve been using this for months now and it has so much flavor that I hardly ever put a dent in the container.
