*truffle whistles* Well, I bought this on a whim because there was a sushi shop down the street from my house that made truffle avocado sushi rolls, which I need in my life, but not in order to live. I thought I needed money. I decided to DIY with a regular $4 avocado roll. All of this seasoning and its umami bliss made my brain explode. Since then, I’ve tried it on eggs, burritos, potatoes, chocolate mug cakes, and just about anything sweet and savory you can think of. The best part is that you get really good value for money. It tastes so good, I’ve been using this for months now and the container barely dents.
Reviews you can expect: “Yes, I’m a truffle lover by nature. And of course, only truffles are truffles. But I have to tell you that this delicious heaven-sent powder is a more versatile option.” Add it to popcorn, add it to eggs, add it to soups and sauces to layer flavors, add it to vegetables, pasta… the list is endless. (I think the only thing I haven’t tried is sprinkling it on ice cream… lol). It’s a little salty, so I recommend testing the water first. But I just ordered the 9th and 10th bottles of Truffle Zest. ”green girl
