In southeast Montana, Treasure. * WHEN...Until 215 PM MST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 117 PM MST, Emergency Management reported ongoing flooding across the warned area. An ice jam is occurring and will continue to cause flooding. - Flooding was occurring along East Kingley Road, along with field flooding near the road. Flooding was also occurring along East Community School Road, and water was approaching a structure on the road. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... mainly rural areas of North Central Big Horn, Eastern Yellowstone and Central Treasure Counties - PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Do not drive on or attempt to cross flooded roads, find an alternate route. Roads and driveways may be damaged or washed out in places. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become unstable and unsafe. Please report observed flooding to local emergency officials and request they pass the information to the National Weather Service in Billings. &&
