It was the night of the date of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” star Heather Dubrough and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrough, at the 2025 GLAAD Awards.
“Extra” talked about his decades-long relationship with Heather and Terry.
When Heather commented that it was a “date night” for them every night, Terry said, “It wasn’t like yesterday – it was a sex night last night!”
As for the key to the relationship, Terry said he uses “I use things I have to work with, but sometimes with the help of medication.”
Heather said, “We’ve been together for over 28 years. Listen, marriage is a leap of faith. You’ll be lucky. You’re working on it too. We do a lot of work in our relationship. We’re very lucky. We’re very grateful.
Terry said, “We’re lucky if you marry your best friend. In our case, we did. We love being together.”
They also shared why it was so important for them to show their alliance at the event.
“As parents of four children of gender, different sexualities, we value our children and respect their space in this community. And more than ever, we feel that alliances are the most important thing for the LGBTQIA+ community.
“I know that in this society, it’s like we’re seeing in a way that’s not used to, and that’s become normal, and we’re trying to make it extraordinary again,” Terry said.
“RHOC” was produced in season 19, with Heather narrowing the details, but she teased it when it became “fantastic.”
She said, “I can’t wait for you to see it.”
