The world’s largest cruise ship has caught fire while docked in Costa Maya, Mexico.

A Royal Caribbean statement cited by 7NewsMiami said: “While docked in Costa Maya, Mexico, the ship experienced a small fire (limited to crew areas) and a brief power outage. Back-up power was immediately activated and teams restored key systems. All necessary safety procedures were followed and teams were able to quickly extinguish the fire. The safety of our guests and crew is always our top priority and fortunately no one was injured.”
