Bekker explained that the company’s technology will integrate large-scale language models into a visual and interactive experience, making information more accessible and compare its impact with “how the film did it for the film.”
Customizable AI bots created with the ESELF AI platform are adopted by a variety of industries, including education, customer service, and real estate.
One of the companies using this technology is a Portugal-based real estate brokerage company. Porta da Frente Christie’sreports $100 million in revenue generated from leads provided by AI agents.
João Cília, CEO of Porta Da Frente Christie, told Fox Business that the company has shown great results since live testing of AI agents about a year ago.
“Currently, there are over 5,000 properties in the portfolio. It is impossible for a physical person to know all the information about these 5,000 properties, but it is not impossible for an AI agent to do so,” Cília said. “So, as a customer, you’ll probably get a much better service than you’d have in a physical commercial consultant.
When customers interact with AI agents, they provide basic details such as location setup, budget, number of bedrooms, and more. From there, AI will filter the list and conduct a virtual tour, providing a detailed description of the available properties.
The AI assistant also supports the bridge timezone gap at Porta Da Frente Christie’s, which serves international clients, particularly from the US and Brazil.
Cília ensures that AI is able to receive immediate responses despite a 5-hour difference, and that it improves the customer experience without the need for 24-hour human staffing.
“In a certain way, it replaces the searches you have online,” Cília told Fox Business.
Looking ahead, Cília believes AI agents could significantly change real estate sales by reducing human agents’ reliance on them and reducing operating costs.
“If it can be used on a large scale in the long-term or medium-term future, it can replace many physical commercial consultants and in this sense we can operate these properties to sell cheaper,” he said.
