The couple also left an “empty chair” for Eddie. “We’ve both lost loved ones, so it’s important that we include them and be a part of the ceremony that we wanted them to be here,” Wolfgang said.
Wolfgang’s mother, Valerie Bertinelli, also came along for the special day. She emphasized: “Ed would have absolutely shined and is so proud of the person Wolfie has become and is still becoming, and to have found Andria who really understands Wolfie. And I’m so happy that he found someone who really understands who he is and who he wants to be and who he wants to be.” I’m rooting for him wholeheartedly.” ”
She further added, “I feel such good comfort knowing that Wolfie and Andria will have each other for life. They really ‘get’ each other.” Their humor is very similar, they like similar things, they know how to give each other space, and they feel very comfortable together. ”
Wolfgang described their wedding day as “comfortable” and said, “Just being able to share your love for each other with the people you love makes you feel so comfortable. It’s like drinking water for the soul.”
Even before their wedding, Wolfgang and Andria felt like they were “already married.” he said: “It’s just a formality. We’re already married, so maybe we should get married officially, because we’re already married. Have a party with everyone we love and can attend.” It’s going to be really fun. And it’s going to be cool. It’s the most people we’ve ever had in our home.”
In September, Extra interviewed Wolfgang and predicted that his mother would “shed” tears of joy at their wedding.
