Now that the terms of the Commission’s lawsuit settlement have been implemented, it seems all eyes are on the questions surrounding Clear Cooperation. From meetings at NAR to potential lawsuits to calls for change in the media, the controversial policy has raised questions about legality, ethics and professionalism.
