nvidia CEO Jensen Huang says artificial intelligence is a “great equalizer.” Because everyone can program using everyday language.
A fan speaking at London Tech Week on Monday said computing has been difficult and unavailable for everyone. “We had to learn programming languages. We had to build them. We had to design these very complicated computers,” he said on stage with British Prime Minister Kier Starmer.
“Now, all of a sudden… there’s a new programming language. This new programming language is called “human.” ”
Conversational AI models fell into the spotlight in 2022 when Openai’s ChatGpt exploded into the scene. In February, the San Francisco-based tech company said it has 400 million active users per week.
Users can ask chatbots such as chatgpt. Google’s Gemini or Microsoft’s Co-pilots, questions, and answer them in a conversational way that makes them feel like talking to another person than an AI system.

CEO Huang, who is an engineer for some of the world’s most advanced semiconductors and AI chips, emphasized that the technology can now be used for programming. He emphasized that few people know how to use programming languages like C++ or Python, but “everyone knows “humans.”
“Today’s way of programming a computer is asking the computer to do something for you, write a program, generate images, write a poem. “And really, really amazing is that the way you program AI is like the way you program people.”
He gave an example of simply asking the computer to write a poem to illustrate the keynote speech at the London Tech Week event.
“You say: You are an incredible poet… And I want you to write a poem to explain today’s keynote, and this AI will help you produce such a great poem,” he said.
“And if that answers… you can say: I feel you can do even better. And it comes out, thinks about it, and it comes back and says, in fact, II can do better, and it does a better job.”
Huang’s comments come as more and more companies, such as Shopify. Duolingo and Fiver – Encourage employees to incorporate AI into their work. In fact, last week, Openai announced that it had 3 million paid business users.
Huang has regularly promoted the AI’s ability to help workers work more efficiently, and has encouraged workers to embrace the technology that has made them want to become valuable employees.
“I think this way of interacting with computers is something most people can do. I encourage everyone to get involved,” Han added Monday. “Children are already doing it naturally, but this will change.
