Thankfully for mixed martial arts fans, Fabian Edwards will likely win the title much sooner than his brother could come from behind in the UFC. Johnny Eblen is a monster, my number 1 P4P fighter, 13-0 and looking to successfully defend the belt again in Dublin abroad. It will be an easy battle to beat this.
For Eblen, the key to victory will be to end this fight. There aren’t many better fighters on land than Jonny Ebren, and he’s more active with his hands, but for Edwards, now’s not the time or place to tinker and see how his striking matches. right. His wrestling foundation should allow him to fully control this match. If Edwards comes out bearish, we’ll be looking at a five-round dominance for the champion. Unfortunately, finishing wasn’t very common on his resume, but that doesn’t mean he’s incapable. I think he can keep Edwards out of breath on guard and his way to victory will lead to a decision win.
For Edwards, the way to victory is to apply early pressure and protect takedowns. If he can push the pace, he could catch Ebren early. The longer this fight drags on, the less likely it is that Fabian Edwards will win. If Edwards intends to use his endurance to win this match, he’s going to have a tough time. If, and that’s the big assumption, he’ll probably need to finish Eblen within the first half of the first round to win this match.
Either way, this fight will be a treat for MMA fans and whenever MMA is in Dublin, you know the world is watching, Conor will be in some form. . This card is incredible and it will be fun to see what happens on September 23rd.
