Walt Disney World annual passholders are facing a tough start to 2024 after being unable to get theme park reservations for three consecutive days at any park.
According to Walt Disney World’s official reservations calendar, all four parks are at capacity for Annual Passholders from January 5 to January 7, 2024. Additionally, Magic Kingdom is fully booked for passholders on his January 4th date.
Currently, Disney continues to offer same-day tickets on these days, and Walt Disney World hotel guests will still have access to this period.
In addition, on days when reservations have reached capacity, annual pass holders will be able to visit the theme park after 2:00 pm without making a theme park reservation, except on Saturdays and Sundays at Magic Kingdom. Also, keep an eye on the Park Pass reservation calendar as more capacity may be added.
The lack of theme park reservations this weekend is due to the RunDisney Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend. This event attracts many Walt Disney World patrons, who are also usually annual passholders.

Starting January 11th, Disney will introduce a new “Good to Go Day” for Walt Disney World Annual Passholders that allows them to enter the theme parks without a reservation. However, even if the new system is introduced, it will likely exclude busy seasons like this weekend and require reservations.
