KINGSTON, N.Y. — Ulster County Executive Jen Metzger has appointed Rosan Doe to head the county finance department, which is under the oversight of the State Comptroller.

Daw has been an administrator at Ellenville Regional Hospital for the last seven years and has over 25 years of accounting experience with a focus on strong internal controls and improved and streamlined processes.
Doe previously served as Sullivan County’s financial administrator and deputy controller for Sullivan County Community College, according to a press release from Metzger’s office. She is a certified payroll professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Empire State University and her Master’s degree from the State University of New York, New Paltz.
