Disney Eats on Instagram Docking Bay 7 Food & Cargo at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios has announced that two new menu items will be available in June.
New Menu at Docking Bay 7
The first new item added to the menu on June 3 is the dessert Black Spire Mousse, which features white chocolate Jogan fruit mousse on top of brownie pistachio brittle, served with blue milk sauce, pineapple cream and hibiscus sponge, and topped with a chocolate Black Spire coin.
The second new dish is the Fercian Falafel and Hummus Garden Spread, which features chickpea falafel with roasted beet hummus and beet-tomato-cucumber relish, drizzled in garlic toum sauce and served with grilled pita.
Currently on the menu is a similar dish, the Felucian Kefta and Hummus Garden Spread, featuring plant-based meatballs, herb hummus, tomato cucumber relish, and pita. Read our review.
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo Located at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, this quick-service restaurant offers lunch or dinner ($15 to $34.99 per adult) and mobile ordering through the My Disney Experience app.
