“Donald Trump blocked the toughest, most fair bipartisan border bill in a generation because he thought it would be politically advantageous for him to do so,” Biden campaign spokesman Kevin Munoz said in a statement, adding that Trump’s role in killing the bill gave him the power to claim that the immigration system was “broken.”
