On Wednesday, the Trump campaign received a legal victory when a Pennsylvania state court granted a one-day injunction to request mail-in ballots following a lawsuit filed by the Trump campaign.
“Pennsylvania Lawsuit Victory We just won the Trump Campaign/RNC lawsuit against Bucks County, Pennsylvania. We are now extending early in-person mail-in voting until November 1st for an additional three days. We will continue to fight. Get in line! ” Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Whatley posted on X on Wednesday.
Fox News Digital obtained a copy of the injunction, which states that after 5 p.m. on Oct. 29, officials did not allow voters to apply for and obtain mail-in ballots before the deadline. It detailed that he violated Pennsylvania election law when he was turned away. .

The Bucks County Court of Common Pleas has ruled that voters who wish to request and receive a mail-in ballot can do so before the state closes on Nov. 1. Bucks County is a major swing state area and is located outside the state. A suburb of Philadelphia.
“We have heard that we have won this lawsuit, and Bucks County has extended pre-Election Day voting until November 1st. This is a landmark victory that will allow voters to vote in accordance with Pennsylvania law. We’re going to leave no stone unturned to ensure a fair, accurate, secure and transparent election for all voters, not just Republican voters,” Whatley added at a press conference Wednesday.

Trump sued the Bucks County Board of Elections on Tuesday, alleging that officials turned away voters who were waiting in line to apply for mail-in ballots in person. As the 5 p.m. deadline approached, voters who were still in line were denied the opportunity to apply and were asked to leave, according to the complaint.

“This is a direct violation of Pennsylvanians’ right to vote, and every voter has the right to stand in line,” the Trump campaign said in a statement.
The Republican National Committee and Republican Senate candidate Dave McCormick’s campaign were joined in the lawsuit against the Bucks County BOE.
Trump campaign spokeswoman Caroline Leavitt also praised the court’s history on a call with reporters Wednesday.
“Just two days ago, a Trump supporter was arrested in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, for encouraging voters to get in line. We also saw multiple other instances of voters being rejected early in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. So last night, the Trump campaign and the RNC filed a lawsuit against Bucks County to increase early voting opportunities, and they just won about 30 minutes ago,” Levitt said.

“We have worked on more than 130 election fraud cases across the country this term. Our goal is to make it easier to vote and harder to commit fraud, until the last vote is counted. We’re going to keep fighting for that. This victory just means a defeat for Democratic voter suppression efforts, and as Democrats see Republican early voting numbers in key states across the country, we’re once again voting for all Americans. “We are very focused on securing the votes of the voters,” she continued.
