Travis Scott’s show at Rome’s Circus Maximus could be the last show at the monument, as fans were injured and neighbors thought there might have been an earthquake.
CNN report Scott was performing at the venue when someone pepper-sprayed the crowd, forcing 60 people to seek medical attention. The site added that a 14-year-old boy was also injured when he fell from a height of about 13 feet while trying to climb a fake wall to watch the show for free.
Meanwhile, Italy’s fire department told the show that it had received “hundreds of calls” of an earthquake around the time Kanye West was a guest on Travis’ show.

It was Ye’s first performance since his anti-Semitic remarks last year.
Alfonsina Russo, director of the Colosseum Archaeological Park, has since called for the cancellation of large-scale concerts at the ancient landmark and has now approved only operas and ballets at the venue.
The site was home to ancient Roman chariot races, Russo told Italian news agency AGI: This is neither a stadium nor a concert hall. “
Russo added, “These massive rock concerts put the area, including the nearby Palatine Hill, at risk.”
The news comes nearly two years after the Astroworld tragedy that left 10 people dead and thousands injured in a crowd-strike at Scott’s Houston show in 2021.
