It wasn’t that long ago that a video of Tom Holland rescuing his girlfriend Zendaya from her aggressive dad went viral on the internet. The scene seemed straight out of a movie, and fans praised his protective attitude. The Spider-Man star admitted he put his girlfriend’s name on Google searches just to make sure she was okay.
The revelation was made during the 28-year-old actor’s appearance on Sama Dada’s podcast ‘On The Menu’. “The last person I Googled was actually Zendaya,” he added. [social media]Delete when not in use. ”
He explained: So I did a little Google on her and looked it up. [through] When I saw the news, I thought, ‘She’s fine.’
This comes just weeks after Tom Holland confirmed he was reading the script for Spider-Man 4 with Zendaya. It was back in July that Marvel boss Kevin Feige confirmed that the studio was moving forward with drafts of a fourth Spider-Man movie. At the time, he teased that the screenwriter would deliver the script “relatively quickly.”
In October, when Tom Holland appeared on the Rich Roll podcast, he admitted that he had read the draft. “It needs work, but the writers have done a great job. I read it three weeks ago and it really lit my heart.”

Holland also added that he was accompanied by his Spider-Man co-star and girlfriend Zendaya while reading the script. “She and I would sit and read together and sometimes we would jump around the living room,” he added.
Spider-Man 4 could tentatively be released by 2026.
