“When I said that BBL really ruined my life, I lost my boyfriend behind it,” she continued. “He was telling me the whole time.
@Kaymontana24 shared that no matter how often she washed her clothes, the smell still persisted and smelled like “rotten meat.”
If BBL does not heal well: leaks, odors, infections
Tiktalker explained in a Second video She initially thought she was being gassed by her boyfriend. The Facebook group she joined for women on BBLS explained that sometimes procedures can jealousy to male partners, and she admitted that her boyfriend was against the procedures.
“I told the group, ‘He told me this smell was there.’ They were basically telling me to ignore him, he’s jealous, but he’s coming eventually,” she added.
@Kaymontana24 compared her healing process to her sister’s process. Her sister had no different types of side effects, but @Kaymontana24 explained that she was “continuing to leak and draining” in the area where surgery appears to have resumed, “it was leaking gauze and dressing.”
Due to the backlash and insults of the comments, @Kaymontana24 felt that the original part 1 video should be removed. However, after she went viral, she did not suppress further details.
What is BBL?
BBL is a surgical procedure Enhance the but area. Fat from other parts of the body (usually the abdomen) is removed and replaced by the lower back and butt through the infusion process.
This procedure includes infection, appearance disorders, and Even death. As a result, BBL removal has increased significantly. Angela “Blac Chyna” whitepublicly told her story about how she died in “illegal butt injections” in 2023.

Over 153 people complaining about the blbbl procedure Save your facea program that connects patients with trusted practitioners specializing in plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures in the UK.
In these complaints, the organization found that “the majority (98%) of them were not sure what fillers were injected into them,” and that more than half of those who experienced an infection (68%) including sepsis (53%) after the procedure had experienced an infection. However, people are still choosing to get the steps despite the risks. BBL Hotspot In the US
When BBL causes odors and when it indicates infection
A common myth is that sudden smells that occur after BBL are related to personal hygiene, and bathing habits are a bad outcome. Cleanliness is important (surgery or not), but in most cases, malodors are a sign of infection and can occur after a medical procedure.
@Kaymontana24 I shot it back After accusing comments on Tiktok of not showering her with enough. “It’s not coming from the vagina or hole,” she explained, “it comes from an incision that cuts to inject liquid and fat into your butt. If it’s not healed properly, if your body is refusing it, the hole will come out and drain will come out and smell the linen and ring your underwear.

Dr. Robert Najera, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Texas, supported the claim in a video he posted to his Instagram account in 2024.

“It is important to follow your doctor’s aftercare instructions to reduce the risk of unpleasant odors,” he wrote: Post caption. “If the smell is strong, persistent and comes with other symptoms such as redness, swelling, or fever, it can be a sign of infection. In this case, it’s important to see a doctor immediately.”
