Beaches from Coronado to Imperial Beach are closed again, in part due to rain runoff from this week’s storms, but primarily due to sewage flowing in from Tijuana. As part of our ongoing “Harmful Currents” special coverage, NBC 7’s Joe Little takes a deep dive into a decades-old problem and looks for solutions.
