Taylor Swift has finally completed her Elas tour in the US and South America, bringing her total to 66 shows in 2023.

Performing that show multiple nights in a row would be a huge feat for any artist, but Taylor shared some insight into how he does it.
In her recent interview, time, she shared that she trained for months even before the tour began to build up her stamina. “I ran on the treadmill every day singing the entire set list out loud,” she said. “If it’s a fast song, go fast; if it’s a slow song, jog or walk fast.”
“Then I took dance training for three months because I wanted my body to remember it,” she added. She “wanted to over-rehearse it so she wouldn’t do something stupid to the fans and lose her train of thought.”
She also talked about how she was trying her best to give her best performance at every show on the tour. “I know I’m going to get on that stage whether it’s through illness, injury, heartbreak, discomfort, stress,” she explained. “It’s now part of my identity as a human being. If someone buys a ticket to my show, I’m going to be at that show unless there’s some force majeure.”
