Nearly a year after their split, TJ Holmes and Marilee Fiebig’s divorce has been finalized.
according to According to Us Weekly, the two have reached a divorce agreement and the filing was filed in New York City.
Once the judge signs it, the couple will be considered legally single.
Two months ago, a source said TJ and Marilee were “close” to a divorce settlement.
TJ and Marilee are parents to a 10-year-old daughter, Sabine.
Last year, TJ filed for divorce after sparking romance rumors with Good Morning America 3 co-host Amy Robach.
Holmes and Robach were first spotted together in November 2022.
At the time, Fiebig’s attorney Stephanie Lehman accused Holmes of a “lack of discretion.”
“During the holiday season and in light of these difficult times, Ms. Marilee has continued to put her 9-year-old daughter’s overall best interests first,” the attorney said. To that end, TJ’s attorney and I have worked together to move forward with their divorce confidentially, quickly, and as amicably as possible. ”
Lehman added, “Nonetheless, we continue to be disappointed in TJ’s lack of thoughtfulness, respect, and consideration for Marilee and the party’s daughters.” Marilee has been touched by the outpouring of support and is looking forward to a fresh start in her new year. ”
After news of their possible romance broke, Holmes and Robach were taken off the air pending an investigation by ABC News.
