Shaquille O’Neal has spoken entertainment tonightahead of his virtual reality New Year’s Eve countdown special, Shaq-tacular Spectacular.
He revealed that he recently lost 40 pounds and plans to lose another 20 pounds next year.
“I lost 40 pounds,” O’Neill said. “You have to lose about 20 more of her, but it’s impressive. Imma really sculpts and does underwear ads with her sons.
Explaining his decision on how to start a fitness plan, he said he had help from friends.
“I’ve had several people join me and it’s all about eating right,” he said. “I’ve had some blood tests. A friend of mine called me and said, ‘You’re fat.’ She gave me this guy’s name.” He did a blood test.I’m not a salad eater. I pay no attention to any of them. I don’t care about any of that,” he continued.
“I didn’t know the difference between carbs and protein. At 50, I didn’t. So he said you can’t do this, you can’t do that, more vegetables.” , said my iron was low.
He further revealed the changes he’s made and what he’s been working around. “Additionally, with the supplements I’m taking and the shakes I’m drinking, I’ve lost weight. I’m not 100 percent ninja mode yet. I’m still 75 percent.”
Despite several cheat days, O’Neil has stuck to his diet and exercise routine. said.
“If possible, start by walking for 30 minutes a day. Many people can’t do that because you have kids and you have to work. Let’s start with,” he said.
Next, get rid of the vices that are bread and soda for O’Neill.
“Then I have to get rid of my favorite thing. I’m going to get rid of it. I haven’t had soda in a while. I have to get rid of bread and soda, so if I get rid of bread and soda, Marky Wahlberg.” I want to be known as Black Mark Wahlberg.”
