More leadership changes underway at franchise real estate brokerage RE/MAXSerene Smith, Chief of Staff and Chief Operating Officer RE/MAX Holdingshas moved to a part-time, non-executive role at the brokerage firm.

Smith’s departure as COO comes less than four months after RE/MAX Brands CEO Nick Bailey stepped down and Amy Lessinger was named president. Parent company RE/MAX Holdings also named former Dish Network leader Erik Carlson as CEO in November 2023.
