The Mississippi State Fairgrounds has announced a lineup of musical entertainment for the 2023 Mississippi State Fair festival this year.
The 164th Annual State Fair will open this year on Thursday, October 5th and will run through Sunday, October 15th. These dates are similar to last year’s, which was held from October 6th to 16th.
Some of the daily venue favorites have left, like Dave the Rattlesnake, who announced his retirement last year, but rest assured there are new daily staples. If you’re into music, this fair, headlined by The Commodores, covers just about every genre.
