FRISCO, Texas (January 5, 2024) — Luis Food Products, Inc., the largest manufacturer of Mexican frozen foods in the United States, today announced a series of executive and board changes aimed at positioning the company for its next period of great growth. The Ruiz Foods Board of Directors has elected the company’s current Chief Operating Officer, Kimberly Carroll, as President and Chief Executive Officer. She will also serve on the Board of Directors. Current CEO Dan Antonelli will become the new Chairman of the Board. Kim Ruiz Beck, owner of Ruiz Foods and current Chairman of the Board, will remain on the Board as an owner and director. These changes will take effect from January 21, 2024.
