Hide in the common place of Innsbruck, Wine House Tyrol It is known to locals, but still noticeable for most tourists. This is a place where you want to find it by chance, providing intimate private dining and wine tasting experiences.

There are plenty of wine in the store, there are bars, and there are sometimes barrels used as a temporary table to enjoy one or two drinks.

At the end of this corridor, there is a small basement room that has been a few stairs. The arched ceiling, half plastered stone walls, and the dim atmosphere, so you can enjoy a variety of quaint details.

Currently, I do not proclaiming that I am a wine enthusiast, but I like one or two glasses. Here we were looking for a treat. This was not just dinner and a few wine cups, but an invitation to spend slowly. Please enjoy the soul of Tyrol’s cuisine and soak.
The staff introduced us the first wine. It is the simidol basket felt liner Stein Fader REITA Alte Point. The Schmidol Winery is a traditional family -run winery in Vachu, and is known for its respect for nature and the highest quality pursuit. The family grows in a grape field in a natural way and depends on the sustainable farming method that reflects Vachuu’s unique terroir. The scent of blue apple, citrus fruits, white pepper scent, light and fresh.

Local cheese, perfectly salted meat selection, and bread in basket will be carried with wine. It is arranged with a simple elegance that talks about tradition, not a showmanship, but it was still delicious.

Next is one of only 13 official winers in Tyrol, the Vinehovtangle Mulaturgau (Riesling and Madeleine Royal). It has a fruity of nutmeg, pear, fresh herb, fruity and fragrance. Tyrol’s climate is very different from the southern neighboring climate. Despite the same sunshine hours as many cities in Southern Tyrol, the area has a long frosty night, which has a major impact on grapes’ maturation and wine structure. Weinhof Tangl is passionately managed by family for generations and focuses on blends in harmony between tradition and innovation.

The third white wine on this night is another shumidol wine, Sumidol League Ring Smiley Small Gold Cus Denfenich. Powerful and complicated, ripe peaches, apricot scent and high quality mineral feeling. Sumidol’s winery is famous for its wonderful wreath rings that reflect Vachu’s unique terroir. The name “Küss Den Pfennig” (“Kiss to Penny”) represents the centuries of traditions and the great value of the family focusing on every detail of wine production.

At this point, the platter of cheese decorated with grapes, figs and walnuts provides welcome balance that enhances wine and helps to absorb some of the alcohol. Tyrol is famous for its excellent dairy products, especially cheese such as Tyrol Berkize. Excellent quality is mainly caused by cows grazed in a natural pests, and the flavor of milk is further enhanced.

The next wine is from the only winery in the European capital, from the Edelmoses Winery in Vienna, Vienna, which has more than 600 years of history. Since the Middle Ages, there is a historic grape field at the foot of the Vienna Forest, and wine structure has been eagerly performed. A unique location in the center of a lively city creates an unmistakable terroir, making Edelmoses a true base for Wine in Vienna. Edelmoser Rose Douenne is made from Zwai Gelt and Pinot Noir grapes. Red berries, cherry, faint scent of flowers, fresh and fruity.

And the first red wine of the night is Ernst Zwai Gelt Deuttukroits (Zwai Gelt is an Austrian wine that combines brownfrenquish and sunloran, and has a rich fruit, spicy red wine and soft tannin. It is). The Ernst Winery is located in Deuttukroz, the center of the Braufrenquish region of Burgenrant, and is known for its characteristic red wine. The Erunst family focuses on natural cultivation, sustainable wine production, and real wine that perfectly reflects local terroristoirs. The Zavinkel area features a unique geological and climate conditions that are very important for grape cultivation. Dry salt lakes every season, creating a unique soil condition that gives wine a mineral and salty taste. It is bold and spicy and features a subtle scent of dark cherry, berry and vanilla.

Other wine seems to be waiting, but I’m already full. Every wine was exquisite, but it was the atmosphere, special feeling, and of course good friends who made this experience really special. For those who visit Innsbrucks, Wine House Tyrol is a place to definitely visit.
