Packer, a mega-producer known for hits such as Girls Trip and the long-running television series Ready to Love, has also announced his new book, “Who Better Than You? Dream Big.”
Melvin Robert of “Extra” spills on “Ready to Love” and shares life advice from the book.
Packer said “I’m ready to love,” “I’m pretty proud of it, man, I’m like a chocolate cupid. I’ve made a lot of couples. We’ve done this That’s why I put up a few weddings.”
Melvin asked, “What do you think is the secret sauce?” “I think it’s the right mix of honesty and confusion. I’ll be honest with you, this season’s show, we don’t have a triangle of love, we have a square of love I’m going to let you do math about it. It’s going to be interesting.”
He also shared some advice from his book, saying, “The world is now so unpredictable and frankly, in many ways, it’s depressing. This is my advice… protect your energy. Please. We all have finite energy in this world, so we must protect it. Focus on what you can control and make your life better Focus on what drives you towards your goals – that’s what you should consume your energy.”
