Prince William was honest about his 2024.
In an interview with sky news In South Africa, William called it a “brutal” year, saying: This year has probably been the most difficult year of my life. ”
Earlier this year, Prince William’s father King Charles and his wife Kate Middleton both revealed that they had been diagnosed with cancer.
“So it was really tough trying to get everything else on track and get everything going,” he said.
Prince William praised Charles and Duchess Kate for how they have tackled the fight against cancer.
He said: “But I’m very proud of my wife. I’m proud of my father for handling what they’ve done. But from a personal family perspective, it’s certainly cruel. It was.”
Prince William commented on Duchess Kate’s health after completing chemotherapy in September, saying, “She’s doing well.”
When the magazine mentioned that he looked relaxed, William quipped: So it’s very interesting for you guys to see that. But it just means I have to keep trying and keep going…I enjoy my job, I enjoy my pace and I enjoy having time with my family. ”
William is in South Africa for the annual Earthshot Awards ceremony.
