The hand-stretched dough is 80% water and does not require extreme heat, resulting in a light, fluffy and crispy pizza when baked in a traditional oven. The pizzas are made with premium tomatoes from Campania, Italy, flour from a fourth generation family-owned mill in Marche, Italy, and 100% Coratina extra virgin olive oil made exclusively for PORTA by close family friends in Puglia, Italy. Meats, cheeses and condiments are hand-picked from different regions of Italy, embodying the authenticity and simplicity of traditional Italian cuisine in every bite.
