“Ms. Cobbs paid a substantial price premium because of Defendants’ false and misleading claims about the health benefits of their products,” the lawsuit states. “However, Ms. Cobbs did not receive the benefit of the price discount because the products did not contain sufficient ‘prebiotics’ to have a meaningful effect on ‘gut health.'”
