Earlier this year, Poco introduced the Poco F7 Pro and Poco F7 Ultra for the global market, but is reportedly preparing for the launch of the Vanilla Poco F7. The phone was scheduled to arrive in April. However, this device is not visible yet. Currently, SmartPrix reports suggest that the Poco F7 is actually coming this month. It will become a performance-centric device like other Poco phones, featuring the Snapdragon 8S Gen 4 chipset inside.
According to SmartPrix, the Poco F7 will be released globally in the third week of June. The publication further specified that phones will arrive on June 17th or June 19th.
The Poco F7 is tilted to be the brand Redmi Turbo 4 Pro if this turns out to be true. The smartphone will feature a 6.83-inch OLED LTPS display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is equipped with the Snapdragon 8S Gen 4, a 4nm chipset clocked at up to 3.2GHz. The chipset may be paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of onboard storage.
In the camera department, the Poco F7 may have a dual camera setup at the rear, including a 50-megapixel primary sensor and an entire 8MP ultra lens. The front can accommodate a 20MP sensor for selfies.
Interestingly, the global variant of the Poco F7 may have a 6,550mAh battery, while the Indian variant may come with a larger battery of 7,550mAh. Both devices support 90W fast charging.
