Owned by the famous Anthony’s brand of restaurants, Harbor Lights stands out with its unique menu. The owner started his Anthony’s farm-to-table concept 50 years ago by bringing Dungeness crab to farms in Eastern Washington in exchange for on-farm hunting privileges. They still work with those farmers to source produce for their restaurants.
