Panera bread may have a reputation for serving quick “clean” meals, such as salads, salads, sandwiches, and more, but it doesn’t always earn points with customers online.

Recently, more and more customers say the food they get from the chain doesn’t match the price they’re paying.
For example, a Tiktok user said Panera’s bread is charging $10 for Caesar salad. Another complained that the service was rude. More has been ringing out about food quality in general.
Now a new video has been added to that chorus
@ninasosweets’ Tiktok, which has received over 1.6 million views, shows a man sitting at a table holding a panera bag of tips. He doesn’t seem to be excited.
“I just had lunch from Panera,” he says. He is preparing to open his bag. “And we got a tip on orders.”
He shakes his bag, suggesting that there isn’t much inside. He then opens it and throws the contents into a napkin.
Content? One singular chip.
“This is probably the best part,” he continues.
Looking incredible, he ends the clip with a simple “Ah, Panera.”
“It’s a chip bag.”
In the comments, users did not suppress their dislike of fast casual chains.
“It’s a bag of chips,” one joked.
Another pointed out the company’s silence despite the video’s virality, writing, “Panella is surprisingly lacking in chat.”
Some people have had the opportunity to criticize the chain more widely. “Panella is glorious hospital food, and you can’t change my mind!” wrote one commenter.
“Oh Panera… Panera, where are you?” asked another, reflecting the end of the original video.
