The Green Bay Packers lead the Los Angeles Rams 10-6 at halftime on Monday Night Football.
Green Bay must be disappointed that they moved the ball freely, especially through runs, and scored only 10 points for most of the first half. The Packers marched straight down the field on their first drive, but escaped with only a field goal after Christian Watson and Jalen Ramsey got their legs entangled and the passes were incomplete. They were easily moving the ball again on their next drive, but Aaron Rodgers overshot a wide-open Allen Lazard for nearly 10 yards on a ball that was intercepted by Taylor Rupp. Dillon punched in from 8 yards out. Dillon and Aaron Jones combined for 72 yards and 13 touchdowns.
The Rams didn’t do very well offensively and, frankly, were lucky not to turn the ball over a few times. Baker he finished Mayfield 8 of 14 yards he finished with 74 yards (on one attempt he had 5.3 yards). (Kingsley Enagbare and Quay Walker were inches away from doing so.) He was also sacked three times, one of which he groped. Los Angeles turned that drive into a 55-yard field goal by Matt Gay.
