Olivia Rodrigo, 20, is still celebrating six Grammy nominations!
Extra’s Megan Wright caught up with Olivia, who is eyeing awards in top Grammy categories, including Album of the Year for GUTS and Record of the Year for Vampire.
Wright spoke with Rodrigo on the red carpet at the premiere of The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, where she stunned in a shimmering black Rodarte dress with floral detailing around the neckline. did.

She also revealed her new song, “Can’t Catch Me Now,” which appears on the Songbirds & Snakes soundtrack.
“That’s unique to this movie,” she said. “I had a chance to see a rough cut of the movie a few months ago and I fell in love with the character Lucy Gray. I think she’s very strong and resilient…This song is… I wrote it from her perspective. It was a really fun challenge for me as a songwriter. Most of my songs are diary-like, so it was really nice to be able to write something from another’s eyes. It was cool.”

Rodrigo is a fan of the Hunger Games series, saying, “I love the books and the movies, but I really love the soundtrack.”
So, is there a book she would like to turn into a movie and star in? “I love this author, Otessa Moshfegh… She wrote a book called ‘Irene’… I love her. I would love to do that. I’ve read a lot of her books.”
“The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbird and Snake” will be released in theaters on November 17th.
