Tal Alexander, co-founder of luxury brand Official, was accused of sexual assault along with his twin brothers Alon and Oren in a lawsuit filed Tuesday in New York County Supreme Court.

The lawsuit against Tal follows two other lawsuits filed in recent months and first reported on June 8 against Oren and Aron, who allege the twin brothers raped and otherwise sexually assaulted two women in 2010 and 2012. Since those lawsuits were made public, approximately 30 of the brothers’ alleged victims have come forward, represented by attorney Evan Torgan, who also represents the first two victims whose identities were made public, Kate Whiteman and Rebecca Mandel.

The three lawsuits were filed under an extension of New York’s Gender Motivated Violence Prevention Act, which gives victims of gender-motivated violence a two-year period to sue their perpetrators, regardless of when the violence occurred. The deadline for filing lawsuits is March 2025.
Tull was not named in the lawsuit filed by Whiteman and Mandel, but Turgan said: Genuine Other victims who approached him had named Tull as another suspect.
In an email to Inman, a spokesman for Tull said the allegations were “fully expected.”
“Given the allegations against Tull’s brother, it is unfortunate but expected that blackmailers will fall into line,” the statement read. “However, Tull has done absolutely nothing wrong, and anyone looking to spin outrageous lies to make a quick buck will be disappointed.”
Officials declined to comment to Inman about the latest lawsuit naming Tull.
In a lawsuit filed Tuesday, Parker alleges that after he and a friend were invited to the brother’s apartment, they were offered the drug ecstasy but declined. Shortly after, Aron served them drinks and began groping Parker’s friend, according to the lawsuit.
The friend, identified in the lawsuit only as “YL,” left the apartment because she felt unwell but waited for Parker on the stairs because she was “extremely concerned for Ms. Parker’s safety,” the lawsuit states.
Parker was then raped by Aron and Tull in “an orchestrated sexual assault planned and executed by Oren Alexander and his brothers,” according to the lawsuit. Aron held Parker down and raped her orally and vaginally, according to the lawsuit. It further alleges that Tull simultaneously raped Parker orally while Aron raped her vaginally. Oren “sat and watched,” according to the lawsuit.
Angelica Parker, formerly known as Angelica Sekora, sued boxer Oscar De La Hoya for alleged assault and false imprisonment in 2012. The judge in that case ruled Sekora’s claims at the time “completely without merit” and ordered her to pay De La Hoya’s legal costs and a $500 fine. New York Post report.

Jim Ferraro of the Ferraro Law Firm, who represented Oren and Aron in the original lawsuit, stepped down as the brothers’ lawyers on Monday and was replaced by Isabel Kirshner of the law firm Kleiman Rosenberg Kirshner & Linder.
