In a shocking new civil lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, Ashley Parham alleges that hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs drugged her and raped her with a TV remote control in 2018. claimed to have been done.
She claims the brutal assault was in retaliation for telling him she believed she was involved in the murder of Tupac Shakur, but Combs denies any involvement. Parham claims Diddy and others threatened to cut her from ear to ear, giving her the so-called “Glasgow smile” before sexually assaulting her.
In the lawsuit, she claimed Diddy called her mother., Janice Combs then yelled on the phone to take the money so she wouldn’t hurt her son and “not report the rape to law enforcement.”
“Extra’s” Mona Kosar Abdi spoke to Ashley’s attorney Ariel Mitchell about the new lawsuit, saying, “Honestly, what happened to her is unimaginable and to do something like this… This is the work of a truly insane person.”
Describing how Parham allegedly came to see Combs, Mitchell said: “She claims that she met a gentleman named Shane, who is also named as a co-defendant, at a bar, and it appears he helped her in another situation at the bar. It was like wearing shining armor. Like a knight. And later that night, he FaceTimed Ms. Combs…little did he know that my client didn’t like Mr. Combs, so she let him know. …And kind of quipped, “Oh, so” you killed Tupac. That’s why I hate you. ”
Ariel said Ashley continued to communicate with Shane after that. [Pierce]“While in contact with Mr. Pearce, Mr. Pearce invited her to his home to help with chemotherapy treatment…When she returned the favor, she fell into Mr. Combs’ trap and shortly thereafter… “He appeared,” he claims. She arrives there along with further others and is after being brutally gang-raped by all of those people. ”
Mona went on to say, “There were other things that stood out in this case, after your client said that even though these heinous crimes were allegedly committed, he still decided to spend the night.” Does she explain why she did that?”
Mr Mitchell said: “You’re asking what I asked. I said, ‘I hope you understand what I mean.'” She said, “Honestly, Ariel, I don’t have a good explanation.” I did. I thought that was the perfect explanation to describe it. Because imagine that you, more than anyone else, have experienced something shocking. You can probably think of it. Who is thinking logically in that scenario? You don’t have a phone, you can’t call anyone, you’re in the hills, your car is there, you have your wallet You don’t have your car keys, you don’t even have the clothes you’ve been wearing. what? What do you expect from her? But she said to me again, and her first words were, “Ariel, you don’t know what I’m thinking.” ”
The legal documents also name Christina Hollam, a woman at the center of Sean’s orbit and business empire. She was photographed with Diddy, who called her KK on social media, at Diddy’s mansion in Star Island, Florida last November…Diddy settles rape and abuse case with Cassie After.

In court documents, Parham claimed that Hollam was in the house and threatened to send her anywhere in the world and never see her family or friends again. Mr Parham said Mr Hollam “did not consider that giving the plaintiff a ‘Glasgow smile’ would be an advantage to potential customers who would ‘sell’ Plantiff for sex”.
Ariel explained the allegations against Christina in the lawsuit: “The best word I can come up with is that Miss KK was essentially aiding and abetting Mr. Combs and his crimes. That she had what it took for him to commit the crimes. She helped carry out the crime from the IUD and had IV bags and things like that on standby until she brought additional drugs that were forced into my client’s mouth… She appears to have played a key role in ensuring that Mr. Combs was able to commit his crimes.”
Mona pointed out that the lawsuit used Parnham’s real name, whereas many of the civil lawsuits were filed under Jane Doe.
Ariel said: “It’s very important to me and to my clients that if you’re going to accuse another person, much less another celebrity, of such a heinous crime, you have to have some skin. Because that’s the only way.” In my opinion, it’s possible. We can be honest about what’s going on. ”

On Wednesday, Diddy’s lawyer told “Extra” that he would not respond to specific accusations, instead denouncing the avalanche of lawsuits being filed against him, saying, “These swirling allegations are fueled by the hysterical media. “This is causing a commotion, and if left unchecked, it will irrevocably deprive Mr. Didi of his rights.” If there hasn’t been a fair trial yet. ”
Combs is currently in jail awaiting trial, pleading not guilty to charges of racketeering, conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation of prostitutes. His trial is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025.
Earlier this month, news broke that 120 people were planning to file a civil lawsuit against him. He continues to deny any wrongdoing.
